النظام السوري وعقدة حماة في عام 1982 انطلقت قوى الاجرام بقيادة رفعت الاسد واشراف اخيه حافظ الاسد لتطويق مدينة حماة بحجة انها تضم مقاتلين مسلحين من جماعة الاخوان المسلمين، ورغم ان عدد هؤلاء المقاتلين كان حسب التقديرات وقتها لا يتجاوز 300 مقاتل فلقد لجأت سرايا الدفاع الى سياسة الارض المحروقة بدل حرب المدن ضد هذه المجموعة، وكانت النتيجة اكثر من 10000 ضحية مدنية بحسب التقديرات الدولية واكثر من 40000 بحسب التقديرات الاهلية في المدينة. تزامنت هذه الاجراءات مع عمليات واسعة في باقي المدن السورية للمخابرات السورية، فكانت الاعتقالات التعسفية والقتل وتخريب الممتلكات على نطاق واسع، حتى قيل ان معظم الاسر السورية فقدت عزيزا بين اغتيال او اعتقال او اختفاء قسري ابطاله لم يظهروا الى الآن. بقيت مدينة حماة في وجدان السوريين، وذاكرة الاهلين في كل سورية، ولا زال ذكرها لحد الآن تذرف عليه الدموع وتزم الشفاه حزنا وآلما على ما حدث هناك. بانطلاق الثورة السورية السلمية في 15 مارس/آذار لهذا العام، كان من الملفت ان حماة كانت من المدن التي قامت وانتفضت ضد الظلم الذي لحق بمدينة درعا، وبشكل فاجئ الجميع، فرغم الجراح ورغم الذكريات السوداء قام اهل هذه المدينة المفجوعة بدورهم في دعم المدن المحاصرة، لا بل كانوا اكثر الناس مظاهرات، فكانت مظاهراتهم شبه يومية، لم يركنوا فيها للخوف من اجرام النظام الذي قتل اجدادهم وابائهم قبل 30 عاما. النظام السوري بدوره لم يحاول ان يضع ثقله الامني على هذه المدينة، لانه يعلم مقامها عند كل السوريين، وحاول تحيدها، فمرة بلقاء وجهائها مع الديكتاتور بشار الاسد، ومرة بالتهديد والوعيد، ولكنها ابت الا ان تشترك مع المدن الاخرى بضريبة الحرية. في جمعة اطفال الحرية كانت مدينة حماة على ما عاهدت نفسها عليه، وبحسب التقديرات فإن 150 آلف متظاهر كانوا على هتاف واحد، الشعب يريد اسقاط النظام، كما وصف هذا الحشد بانه كان أسرا وملفتا ومنطلقا في شوارع حماة بكل حضارة ورقي الى ان وصلوا الى احد الحواجز قرب فرع حزب الطغيان، هنا ارتكبت قوى الامن مذبحتها باطلاق الرصاص الحي من كل الاعيرة مباشرة الى صدور المتظاهرين فسقط اكثر من 100 متظاهر ومئات الجرحى. هنا نتسأل: هل هذه الحادثة عرضية، وعلى مسؤولية من امر باطلاق الرصاص؟ اما عملية مدروسة ونفذت بحذافيرها؟ ولماذا الآن، ولقد كانت مظاهرات حماة الاضخم في كل جمعة مقارنة بالمدن الاخرى؟ وان كان كذلك فما الرسالة المراد ايصالها ولمن؟ لنراجع ما حدث الاسبوع الماضي الذي حمل لسورية الكثير من الاحداث واهمها: 1- دعوة وزير الخارجية التركي داود اوغلو النظام السوري لتنفيذ الاصلاحات السياسية سريعا على طريقة العلاج بالصدمة، اي ان يحدث النظام السوري اصلاحا يسبق حتى ما طالب به الشعب السوري. 2- اتصل رئيس الوزراء التركي بالاسد وطالبه باجراء اصلاحات جذرية سريعة، بطريقة تدهش العالم بحد تعبير ادوغان. 3- اقامة مؤتمر انطاليا الذي ضم جزء من المعارضة السورية المشتتة في الخارج بحضور ملفت لعناصر من الاخوان المسلمين. 4- زيادة الضغط الدولي على النظام السوري واستنكاره الجريمة التي حصلت بحق الشهيد الطفل حمزة الخطيب. اصدر الاسد مرسوما يقضي بالعفو عن المعتقلين السياسيين وتخفيف الاحكام الصارد على بعض منهم لتخفيف ضغط الاتراك والدول الغربية، وكان اللافت بهذا المرسوم الاشارة الى المادة 49 والمدانين بها وهم الاخوان المسلمين ورغم ان هذه اللفتة كانت رمزية وبهدف الغزل السياسي بسبب عدم وجود حقيقي للاخوان ومنتسبيهم في الداخل السوري، ولاعدام كل من كان متواجدا في سورية منهم قبل زمن طويل، فكانت رسالة مهادنة واضحة للاخوان المسلمين المشاركين في مؤتمر انطاليا ولقد فهمتها الجماعة وتلقفتها فاصدرت قيادتها في لندن بيانا قالت فيه: ان من يوجد في مؤتمر انطاليا من الاخوان المسلمين لا يمثلون الا انفسهم. اختتم مؤتمر المعارضة في انطاليا اعماله وبتوصيات كان اهمها: دعوة الرئيس الاسد الى الاستقالة الفورية من السلطة تحت رغبة الشعب السوري، ولقد كانت هذه التوصية غير متوقعة وشكلت صدمة للنظام واربكته دوليا بعد ان بدأت ايجابيات مرسوم العفو تتشكل. اعتقد ان النظام السوري فهم هذه الدعوة على انها رد سلبي من الاخوان المسلمين على اشارته الموجودة في مرسوم العفو، ولم يقتنع ببيانهم الصادر من قيادتهم في لندن وحملهم مسؤولية هذه الدعوة كونهم مشاركين رئيسيين في هذا المؤتمر، فأراد النظام معاقبة الاخوان المسلمين ولكن كيف وهم خارج سلطته؟ اعتقد ان النظام قرر مهاجمة رمز الاخوان المسلمين وهي مدينة حماة لارسال رسالة اخرى للاخوان المسلين ولكن هذه المرة بنكهة الدم، فكانت المجزرة التي حصلت بالامس. أخطأ النظام السوري بهذا التصرف لانه اعتقد ان الثورة السورية هي ثورة الاخوان المسلمين، وأخطأ النظام بمحاولته تصوير هذا الصراع على انه بين النظام العلماني في سورية وبين تنظيم الاخوان المسلمين الذي يريد اعادة سورية الى العصور الوسطى ويسانده في ذلك قوى السلفية، وأخطأ ايضا بهذا التصرف بحق مدينة حماة وشعبها، لانها تشكل خط احمر في وجدان السوريين جميعا، وأخطأ الاخوان بأن حاول المناورة السياسية على حساب الشعب رغم كل الدعوات والتحذيرات من المفكرين لهم بعدم محاولة استغلال هذه الاحداث لتحصيل مكاسب سياسية. ببساطة ما فعله النظام السوري بامس، سيخلط الاوراق من جديد في الثورة السورية السملية التي نتمى المحافظة على هذه السلمية، وسنرى تبعات فعلته في الايام المقبلة، وبحسب مراقبين قبل هذه المجرزة فإن نهاية هذه الثورة كانت بعد 6 اشهر من بدايتها لصالح الشعب او صالح النظام، ولكن بعد هذه المجزرة وبحسب نفس المراقبين فان الاسبوعان القادمان سيحملان الكثير من الاحداث الغير متوقعة.

النظام السوري وعقدة حماة
في عام 1982 انطلقت قوى الاجرام بقيادة رفعت الاسد واشراف اخيه حافظ الاسد لتطويق مدينة حماة بحجة انها تضم مقاتلين مسلحين من جماعة الاخوان المسلمين، ورغم ان عدد هؤلاء المقاتلين كان حسب التقديرات وقتها لا يتجاوز 300 مقاتل فلقد لجأت سرايا الدفاع الى سياسة الارض المحروقة بدل حرب المدن ضد هذه المجموعة، وكانت النتيجة اكثر من 10000 ضحية مدنية بحسب التقديرات الدولية واكثر من 40000 بحسب التقديرات الاهلية في المدينة.
تزامنت هذه الاجراءات مع عمليات واسعة في باقي المدن السورية للمخابرات السورية، فكانت الاعتقالات التعسفية والقتل وتخريب الممتلكات على نطاق واسع، حتى قيل ان معظم الاسر السورية فقدت عزيزا بين اغتيال او اعتقال او اختفاء قسري ابطاله لم يظهروا الى الآن.
بقيت مدينة حماة في وجدان السوريين، وذاكرة الاهلين في كل سورية، ولا زال ذكرها لحد الآن تذرف عليه الدموع وتزم الشفاه حزنا وآلما على ما حدث هناك.
بانطلاق الثورة السورية السلمية في 15 مارس/آذار لهذا العام، كان من الملفت ان حماة كانت من المدن التي قامت وانتفضت ضد الظلم الذي لحق بمدينة درعا، وبشكل فاجئ الجميع، فرغم الجراح ورغم الذكريات السوداء قام اهل هذه المدينة المفجوعة بدورهم في دعم المدن المحاصرة، لا بل كانوا اكثر الناس مظاهرات، فكانت مظاهراتهم شبه يومية، لم يركنوا فيها للخوف من اجرام النظام الذي قتل اجدادهم وابائهم قبل 30 عاما.
النظام السوري بدوره لم يحاول ان يضع ثقله الامني على هذه المدينة، لانه يعلم مقامها عند كل السوريين، وحاول تحيدها، فمرة بلقاء وجهائها مع الديكتاتور بشار الاسد، ومرة بالتهديد والوعيد، ولكنها ابت الا ان تشترك مع المدن الاخرى بضريبة الحرية.
في جمعة اطفال الحرية كانت مدينة حماة على ما عاهدت نفسها عليه، وبحسب التقديرات فإن 150 آلف متظاهر كانوا على هتاف واحد، الشعب يريد اسقاط النظام، كما وصف هذا الحشد بانه كان أسرا وملفتا ومنطلقا في شوارع حماة بكل حضارة ورقي الى ان وصلوا الى احد الحواجز قرب فرع حزب الطغيان، هنا ارتكبت قوى الامن مذبحتها باطلاق الرصاص الحي من كل الاعيرة مباشرة الى صدور المتظاهرين فسقط اكثر من 100 متظاهر ومئات الجرحى.
هنا نتسأل: هل هذه الحادثة عرضية، وعلى مسؤولية من امر باطلاق الرصاص؟ اما عملية مدروسة ونفذت بحذافيرها؟ ولماذا الآن، ولقد كانت مظاهرات حماة الاضخم في كل جمعة مقارنة بالمدن الاخرى؟ وان كان كذلك فما الرسالة المراد ايصالها ولمن؟
لنراجع ما حدث الاسبوع الماضي الذي حمل لسورية الكثير من الاحداث واهمها:
1- دعوة وزير الخارجية التركي داود اوغلو النظام السوري لتنفيذ الاصلاحات السياسية سريعا على طريقة العلاج بالصدمة، اي ان يحدث النظام السوري اصلاحا يسبق حتى ما طالب به الشعب السوري.
2- اتصل رئيس الوزراء التركي بالاسد وطالبه باجراء اصلاحات جذرية سريعة، بطريقة تدهش العالم بحد تعبير ادوغان.
3- اقامة مؤتمر انطاليا الذي ضم جزء من المعارضة السورية المشتتة في الخارج بحضور ملفت لعناصر من الاخوان المسلمين.
4- زيادة الضغط الدولي على النظام السوري واستنكاره الجريمة التي حصلت بحق الشهيد الطفل حمزة الخطيب.
اصدر الاسد مرسوما يقضي بالعفو عن المعتقلين السياسيين وتخفيف الاحكام الصارد على بعض منهم لتخفيف ضغط الاتراك والدول الغربية، وكان اللافت بهذا المرسوم الاشارة الى المادة 49 والمدانين بها وهم الاخوان المسلمين ورغم ان هذه اللفتة كانت رمزية وبهدف الغزل السياسي بسبب عدم وجود حقيقي للاخوان ومنتسبيهم في الداخل السوري، ولاعدام كل من كان متواجدا في سورية منهم قبل زمن طويل، فكانت رسالة مهادنة واضحة للاخوان المسلمين المشاركين في مؤتمر انطاليا ولقد فهمتها الجماعة وتلقفتها فاصدرت قيادتها في لندن بيانا قالت فيه: ان من يوجد في مؤتمر انطاليا من الاخوان المسلمين لا يمثلون الا انفسهم.
اختتم مؤتمر المعارضة في انطاليا اعماله وبتوصيات كان اهمها: دعوة الرئيس الاسد الى الاستقالة الفورية من السلطة تحت رغبة الشعب السوري، ولقد كانت هذه التوصية غير متوقعة وشكلت صدمة للنظام واربكته دوليا بعد ان بدأت ايجابيات مرسوم العفو تتشكل.
اعتقد ان النظام السوري فهم هذه الدعوة على انها رد سلبي من الاخوان المسلمين على اشارته الموجودة في مرسوم العفو، ولم يقتنع ببيانهم الصادر من قيادتهم في لندن وحملهم مسؤولية هذه الدعوة كونهم مشاركين رئيسيين في هذا المؤتمر، فأراد النظام معاقبة الاخوان المسلمين ولكن كيف وهم خارج سلطته؟ اعتقد ان النظام قرر مهاجمة رمز الاخوان المسلمين وهي مدينة حماة لارسال رسالة اخرى للاخوان المسلين ولكن هذه المرة بنكهة الدم، فكانت المجزرة التي حصلت بالامس.
أخطأ النظام السوري بهذا التصرف لانه اعتقد ان الثورة السورية هي ثورة الاخوان المسلمين، وأخطأ النظام بمحاولته تصوير هذا الصراع على انه بين النظام العلماني في سورية وبين تنظيم الاخوان المسلمين الذي يريد اعادة سورية الى العصور الوسطى ويسانده في ذلك قوى السلفية، وأخطأ ايضا بهذا التصرف بحق مدينة حماة وشعبها، لانها تشكل خط احمر في وجدان السوريين جميعا، وأخطأ الاخوان بأن حاول المناورة السياسية على حساب الشعب رغم كل الدعوات والتحذيرات من المفكرين لهم بعدم محاولة استغلال هذه الاحداث لتحصيل مكاسب سياسية.
ببساطة ما فعله النظام السوري بامس، سيخلط الاوراق من جديد في الثورة السورية السملية التي نتمى المحافظة على هذه السلمية، وسنرى تبعات فعلته في الايام المقبلة، وبحسب مراقبين قبل هذه المجرزة فإن نهاية هذه الثورة كانت بعد 6 اشهر من بدايتها لصالح الشعب او صالح النظام، ولكن بعد هذه المجزرة وبحسب نفس المراقبين فان الاسبوعان القادمان سيحملان الكثير من الاحداث الغير متوقعة.
